Terms of Service

By renting a vehicle through BloomWheels, you agree to return the vehicle in the same condition it was received, with a full tank of fuel (or at the same level), and within the agreed rental period. Late returns incur additional hourly charges.

All BloomWheels rentals include basic insurance coverage. Renters are responsible for any damage caused by negligence, reckless driving, or violation of traffic laws. Comprehensive coverage upgrades are available at checkout.

Cancellations made 24 hours before pickup are fully refundable. Cancellations within 24 hours receive a 50% refund. No-shows are charged the full rental amount.

A security deposit is held on your card during the rental period and released 3–5 business days after return, pending inspection. All major credit and debit cards are accepted.

• Off-road driving or racing
• Transporting illegal goods
• Sub-leasing the vehicle to third parties
• Driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs
• Using the vehicle for commercial purposes without approval
